  I happen to be a big fan of the $5 Hot & Ready (or Sweaty). I know it sounds gross, calling it Hot & Sweaty instead of Hot & Ready... But the truth is sometimes it can be a bit more Sweaty than Ready. Getting this spectacular deals can really be hit or miss.  Luckily I have had more hits than misses at this location. I have also discovered a trick to avoid the Sweaty-ness. CHECK THE BOX BEFORE LEAVING. Look for some browning of the cheese around the crust. If browning has occurred, you can bet that pizza is Ready and not Sweaty.
  
  On my last visit to this location, the staff tried to sell me some home made deserts. She claimed it was to benefit a sick relative or something. Who knows... It made me bit uncomfortable having the staff offer something outside what is offered by the franchise right as I was checking out. I am not sure if they made it with their own ingredients or ingredients found inside the store. I also do not know if it was made at that employees home or made in the store. I definitely question the appropriateness of such offers.  It might also be a violation of the health code and/or the franchise agreement. I politely declined, but they really should not do that, it makes me uncomfortable and they could get their employer in trouble! That is one of the large reason I bumped this rating down from 4 stars to 3 stars.
  
  Also, they could use some more parking. A few of the times I have been the lot was pretty full.
  
  But other than that friendly and efficient staff and I like this pizza a lot! It is a really good deal! Plus the staff wears hockey hats (I always appreciate the hockey themes at a Pizza place)! Just remember, double check your pizza to make sure it is actually Hot & Ready, not Hot & Sweaty!

  "Hot n Ready" is not a thing at this location. The "hot n ready" pizza case is always empty, so there's always a 15-20 minute wait regardless of the time of day (though they'll tell you it's only 5.) Zero customer service. No acknowledgement of the wait. No "thank you" or "have a good day."
  
  Went in today, a Wednesday, at 12:15 pm. There were 3 other people waiting for pizzas (they were together and bought 2 pizzas between them.) Ten minutes after I walked in, they finally got their pizza, leaving me the sole customer - so they can't even blame it on a rush or anything. You'd think this location might plan ahead for people wanting lunch at peak lunch time, but nope. Thank goodness I didn't have a 30 minute lunch break like some people do, as I would have wasted over half of it just standing in there waiting. I finally walked out with my pizza at 12:38. The man that I assume was the manager spent most of that time on his cellphone. I've been to this location many times and it's always the same.

  This is the second time I've ordered on their app at this location and I got the notification it was ready but had to see the counter person.  The whole point of the portal is you don't have to wait in line or interact with the staff.  I had to wait in line behind a couple who didn't understand their bill and neither employee could explain it properly.  I finally get acknowledged (just a stare, no greeting) so I tell them I'm picking up my portal order and he looks around and says he never made it.  I told them I'm not waiting just refund me.  I paid on the app and they said they didn't know how to refund me.  I never even got an apology.  I left figuring I'd have to dispute the charge.  There are plenty of places around that deliver.  I like your crazy bread so I drive 15 minutes to pick it up.  I don't like your crazy bread THAT much.  I'm done and won't be back.

  Good pizza and good Italian Bread but counter staff are on the abrupt and rude side.  Little Caesars needs to improve on their customer service.

  Holy Cow! This place has become horrible. They're customer service is non-existent. I actually witnessed an employee argue and yell at a gentleman who had his young daughter in her arms. This is the third terrible experience in a row, and we've been coming for "hot n ready"s for years! I heard they changed ownership. Apparently the new owner has no idea of what goes on in his or her shop. And if they do, shame on them.
